Hello everyone!

I hope everyone is having a great week!  This week was a really cold week and so will the next couple of weeks.  This makes going out less desirable which means home cook dinner is more important than ever.  I’ve put together meals that will give you more energy because your body will need the extra fuel to warm up.  All the meals can be prepared in advance so that you can have your dinner right on time!

Pork Tocino with Bell Peppers

You can purchase frozen Tocino straight from the grocery.  This homemade version is much healthier however the pork takes 3 days to cure, so please prepare the pork at the very beginning of the week.  When it comes dinner time, it will take you less than 20 minutes to have this meal on the table.
